Bruce Baker, the third generation of Bakers in the local construction industry began the business in their family barn in downtown Dryden, in 1992. Over the past eighteen years his dedication to quality and superior service has built the company into one of the leading floor covering dealerships in the area. When the time came to move the business to Dryden Road, he resolved to make it the region's finest showroom, with the most superior service available. Today, B&B is a proud member of the International Design Guild and has access to such high quality manufacturers as Woolshire, Amtico, Louis Dabbieri and many others at group buying prices which are not available to the individual dealer. "Kendal at Ithaca was introduced to Bruce Baker and B&B Flooring in 1999 when Lees offered to replace our Health Center Activities Room carpet with Lees Medic Logic carpet. We were pleased with the way it cleaned up...it really was stain resistant. Since then, we have replaced all of our Health Center rooms and corridors with Lees carpet. B&B also provides carpeting and vinyl flooring for our cottages and apartments. I have been very pleased with the service I receive from everyone at B&B. If an issue should arise, a phone call is all it takes to resolve it. Jim has always been very accommodating and is usually able to get to Kendal the same day for a measurement or to address a problem we may have had.
