Bruce Baker
Bruce is the third generation of Bakers in the local construction industry. He started B&B Flooring in his family’s barn, located in downtown Dryden in 1992. Over the past twenty years his expertise and dedication to quality and superior service has built the company into one of the leading floor covering dealerships in the area.
As the son and sibling of a slew of artists and designers, Bruce finds his artistic outlet in the flooring project process that he and his company have worked years to perfect. It is what they like to call “the B&B difference."
Bruce entered the flooring industry as a teenager in the inauspicious position of installer’s helper. He learned early that hard work was the way to get noticed. That simple lesson has proved itself invaluable to him time and time again throughout his life.
When not at work, Bruce enjoys time with his family and new travel adventures with his wife Jennifer.
Jim Wood
Jim has proudly been part of the B&B team since 1992. For the last decade and a half, he has held the position of Superintendent.
He will likely be the first person to visit your home or business. His mission is to provide you the customer with courteous and professional service from the first meeting to the completion of your project.
Jim possesses nearly 30 years of flooring experience working with every major flooring manufacturer in all product categories. Additionally, he has a vast array of professional training, including certification as a Forbo Master Mechanic.
Outside of work, Jim spends much of his time involved with contributions to the local community, including coaching youth sports. Jim is also an avid outdoorsman and relishes the opportunity to get out and enjoy the abundance of nature our region provides.
Jeff Hirlemann
Jeff is head of our commercial estimating and project management department. Jeff’s 14 years experience has provided him a diverse background in our industry. His keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are the primary tools that Jeff uses every day as an asset to B&B and the vast commercial clientele that he serves.
Jeff is a graduate of Ithaca High School and continued on to receive an Associate’s degree in Business Management, from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golf, coaching youth hockey, wood working, fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities.
Tricia Cranmer
Tricia is an integral part of B&B’s retail design team. She possesses an Associates Degree in interior design along with experience in floor covering and kitchen and bath design. Tricia first developed her passion for design at a young age while assisting her father, a residential remodeling contractor. That same passion inspires the design input that her customers are proud to say is part of their homes.
Seven years ago, Tricia relocated to this region and has fallen in love with its wonderful balance of nature, activities and friendly people. She regularly invests in the community by participating in local events and church activities. In her spare time, Tricia enjoys renovating her home with her husband and hopes that one day it may inspire her children.

Tim Kozinsky
Tim joined the B&B Team in November of 2010 as an Administrative Assistant/Purchasing Agent. He will often be the first friendly voice you hear when you call our office.
With a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, Tim possesses the skills necessary to facilitate much of the behind the scenes work on customer’s projects.
As a native of the Finger Lakes region, Tim enjoys taking advantage of its unique beauty. Skiing and golfing are just some of the ways Tim enjoys passing the time away from work. B&B is proud to have Tim as a valued member of its family.
Jean Vanderbilt
Jean became the Financial Administrator for B&B in November, 2010. She brings with her a great deal of administrative and bookkeeping experience. Jean places a great emphasis on the value of forming long term relationships with customers and suppliers, and consistently makes this one of her top priorities. In her free time, Jean enjoys watching football and baseball, gardening and spending time with her family.
Albert Lockwood
Albert has been B&B’s warehouse manager since 2003. His key responsibilities involve facilitating material deliveries, receiving shipments and tracking inventory. Albert’s professional capabilities are greatly valued; however most would agree that his greatest asset is his wonderfully unique personality and his ability to always keep his coworkers in stitches. Albert takes pride in every aspect of life, and when not spending time in the great outdoors he can often be found at the local bowling alley striving for his first perfect game. B&B is delighted to have Albert as a valued member of the team.
Justin Baker
Justin was born into the flooring business. As a young boy Justin would play on piles of carpet in the warehouse and hide under the displays in the store owned by his father and uncle. Even before he was a teen, he would accompany them on out of town jobs, getting an early taste of what life was like on the job site.
Those experiences agreed with him, and in the following years Justin traveled the country east to west and north to south working in numerous construction related jobs, gathering a wealth of knowledge along the way.
But as it is in his family, flooring became his life’s work. Justin is B&B’s outside sales representative, where he excels at developing new relationships as well as cultivating long term ones.
Justin is an active community member and is committed not only to his career but also his wife and 4 year old daughter. He enjoys his free time with his “girls” riding bikes and snowboarding. We truly enjoy having him in our company and value his ability to always keep himself and everyone around him smiling.
